Very Happy

We visited Lannan after we initially tried another Chevy dealer. Which was the worst car buying experience ever. After explaining the nightmare experience with the Lannan staff we were introduced to Lucas, who assured us he would do everything in his power to make our car search enjoyable and painless. We never felt like we were being "sold". He was easy going and friendly and we trusted him from the beginning. he gave off the vibe that he genuinely loved his job. The contrast between our nightmare experience and the Lannan experience was night and day. When we 1st arrived we met with Brian the Sales Manager, he told us he was aware of the nightmare situation and immediately put us at ease. We Finished up with Joseph who was patient and thorough and as friendly as the rest. We'll be back and we will recommend Lannan to everyone we talk to. Keep up the good work!

Very poor customer service!

This was not at all the experience I expected! I have been to this dealership in the past and never experienced anything like this before but as a result I won't be back!

They buying process was fast and easy!

This was my first time buying a car. Lannan Chevy of Lowell made the entire process easy and fast. Great people and nice place. They don't pressure you at all.

First service visit

I had a great initial visit to the Lannan Chevy Service Center. Making an appointment was easy. When I got there they informed me about a recall on my vehicle and took care of it while I was there for my routine service. I chose to wait there and they offered me a comfortable work space. The service technician I worked with took her time explaining what was going to happen and then what they did during the visit. Overall a great experience. I will be back.

Repairing my Mazda6

Both women in the Collision Center were very helpful. Having Hertz Rental in the same building is very convenient. my car was done before the day they quoted and looked great as usual. High quality body work was performed.
