I had a 9:00 a.

I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, and they kept the car overnight to fix the brakes. (They did get a Lyft to take me home and back) They did not adequately explain the alternating rust and shiny metal on the disk. They charged almost $200 for a software update in a brake module. When I called to ask about these, they never called back. I was surprised that the front and rear brakes totaled $1,697, but I didn't have time for a second opinion.

Over priced repairs. Do not give price upfront. Over 600 dollars for transmission flush. Valvoline offers service for 260.00 dollars.
