Austin was thoroughly informative and non-pressuring. I dreaded car buying but he made the process more enjoyable. He also made an effort to accommodate my asking price. After the purchase, he continued to put care into responding to all of my needs and questions. The manager was equally as helpful.

My wait time for an oil , filter changes, and inspection

My wait time for an oil , filter changes, and inspection was over 2 hours. Definitely Unacceptable My service rep was nice. he said my truck was done and the tech was finishing up my paperwork and would be right out. The rep was helping a customer at that time. I went back to the waiting area. A half hour later, i went back to check the status of my truck. The rep was with the same customer but apparently I fell by the wayside. He asked another rep to get me checked out. I’m glad to see the rep working to solve the customer’s problem, but for me to have to wait that extra half hour is unacceptable

Very easy to work with and very accommodating. Took the time to understand what I wanted and to answer all questions at all stages of the sale through delivery. Did not even think about going elsewhere, but I've been doing business there for years, back when it was Lannan Chevy
