Great service on my new Chevy Cruze

It was interesting that there was a notice sent from Chevy about my problem opening the trunk. My Cobalt and the rented Cruze did not have special instructions for opening the trunk. Well, it opens easily now.

Great service!!!

Sean did a wonderful job with arranging for the delivery of my car and he has answered several questions on the phone since last Thursday. The Chevy Cruze is a beautiful car, even in the rain.

I bought a new suv

Mike S is a great salesperson, very knowledgeable but not too pushy which made the experience enjoyable. I thought the whole process was very fair and I didn't feel like I was being cheated as I have encountered this in the past, elsewhere. The finance manager was also very professional, helping me to get exactly what I needed for my new purchase.

Great service

As usual Mark was great. Found a problem and told me about it and got it fixed. Joe is also great. These two have been helping me for many years!

Lannan Chevrolet

I drove in without an appointment for an oil change. I was waited on promptly and the entire process took less than an hour. For this reason, I always bring both of my cars to Lannan for service.

prompt service

My 2011 Camaro SS Needed A New Belt But Was Out Of Warranty. Not Only Did Lannan take Care Of The CosT But They Also Fixed It On Time. Thank You Lannan Chevrolet.

Quality Service as Usual

I was greeted by name by both service consultant and service manager. Dropped off one vehicle in late afternoon and repairs were completed by late next morning. Dropped off second vehicle when I picked up the first and repairs were completed by mid-afternoon. Extremely pleased with rapid turn-around, workmanship and friendly personnel.

Great Dealership Service!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation around 10am on Fri the 18th and my truck was taken right away and was finished in about an hour! Love the new waiting area and the new look!

Outstanding service and team. Great new facility!

Always a great experience! Bob and his team in the service department are always friendly, attentive, and take the time to explain all recommended and required service needs. I moved over 70 miles away and still return to Lannan in Woburn for my service needs.

Have not owed a new Chevrolet since 1984.

I arrived with my complimentary oil change/tire rotation coupon from my extended warranty {2nd coupon}. Theo, my service advisor was way ahead of the curve and told me about it up front not knowing I had the coupon in my pocket. Had I forgotton Theo was happy to remind me. THIS IS NOT ONLY OUTSTANDING SERVICE BUT BETTER YET EXCEPTIONAL!
