Quality Service as Usual
I was greeted by name by both service consultant and service manager. Dropped off one vehicle in late afternoon and repairs were completed by late next morning. Dropped off second vehicle when I picked up the first and repairs were completed by mid-afternoon. Extremely pleased with rapid turn-around, workmanship and friendly personnel.

Great Dealership Service!
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation around 10am on Fri the 18th and my truck was taken right away and was finished in about an hour! Love the new waiting area and the new look!

I arrived with my complimentary oil change/tire rotation coupon from my extended warranty {2nd coupon}. Theo, my service advisor was way ahead of the curve and told me about it up front not knowing I had the coupon in my pocket. Had I forgotton Theo was happy to remind me. THIS IS NOT ONLY OUTSTANDING SERVICE BUT BETTER YET EXCEPTIONAL!

My husband was very impressed with the service that he received. He went from 3rd in line to 1st. Even though he did not have an appointment for the service, the 1st 2 customers left because they did not want to wait. But he was very happy with the service. Thanks Again

Service Advisors
The only down side was when I was in line waiting for myservice advisor Mark O'Malley there was no place to sit. Suggest that the service advisors issue numbers so that the customer can go to the waitin area and be notified when the advisor is ready to service the client. V/R Kenneth R. Summers

Super friendly and helpful
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. When we showed up to try to fit our baby seat into cars, everything we wanted to try was brought over quickly and easily. Everything we did at the dealership was done easily. Zach Green especially did everything he could to help us out.

You guys were great. I started by sending an email and then was followed up with a call from Chris Proteau. Before I knew it I had a written estimate and time table to get the work I needed done, PLUS a ride to and from my office. Chris also reached out to me with an option for some accessories that he really didn't need to- AND also gave me an estimate on some additional work which I will schedule soon. I have been in the customer service business for 18 years with VERY demanding customers and I know great service when I experience it, and you guys are doing it RIGHT.
