My husband was very impressed with the service that he received. He went from 3rd in line to 1st. Even though he did not have an appointment for the service, the 1st 2 customers left because they did not want to wait. But he was very happy with the service. Thanks Again

Service Advisors
The only down side was when I was in line waiting for myservice advisor Mark O'Malley there was no place to sit. Suggest that the service advisors issue numbers so that the customer can go to the waitin area and be notified when the advisor is ready to service the client. V/R Kenneth R. Summers

All around great service/facilities/people!
You guys were great. I started by sending an email and then was followed up with a call from Chris Proteau. Before I knew it I had a written estimate and time table to get the work I needed done, PLUS a ride to and from my office. Chris also reached out to me with an option for some accessories that he really didn't need to- AND also gave me an estimate on some additional work which I will schedule soon. I have been in the customer service business for 18 years with VERY demanding customers and I know great service when I experience it, and you guys are doing it RIGHT. Kudos to Chris P., and the rest of your team. I am definitely coming back and will consider trading in/purchasing my next vehicle from you. Thanks!

Super friendly and helpful
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. When we showed up to try to fit our baby seat into cars, everything we wanted to try was brought over quickly and easily. Everything we did at the dealership was done easily. Zach Green especially did everything he could to help us out.

Great Customer Service
I had contacted another Chevy dealer and wasn't happy with their level of customer service. Lannan Chevrolet, Shane Kligerman, and Zack Green were amazing. Shane called me within minutes of me sending an email. He wasn't pushy and gave me the information I wanted without any hassle. He sent a couple emails reminding me about our appointment. When we went to test drive the Equinox, Shane greeted us and introduced us to Zack. Zack answered all our questions and then some! Both of them made buying my car from Lannan stress free.

Great service
Just a suggestion-it would be nice if you put chairs for customers waiting to talk to the service person. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait.
