This was one of my regular service calls (oil change), and even though I was only spending a minimal amount of money today, I was as always treated with maximum respect. From the moment I arrived in the service bay I had a welcoming feeling. I arrived at 7:30 AM and was back on the road at 8:30 AM. Once again Lannan came through for me. I have never been disappointed in all the years I have been trading with Lannan Chevrolet Keep up the great work Lannan and don't change a thing. As far as I am concerned you are the only Chevy Dealer for me and my family. Thanks for your technique. Your employees are terrific, and Joe Ascolese in service is (in my estimation) an ambassador of good will to the motoring public. In closing, I think it's a great idea for Service Manager Bob Fahey to call us when service is due on our vehicles. Tnx, AB

Both employees were outstanding in every way. I have already spoke to a number of friends and associates on how these men were so professional in what they do. Lannan Chevy should be very proud of this type of caliber of employees working for them.

My husband and I went to Lannan Chevrolet due to a close friend of ours told us to go there because they were very helpful & a good dealership to do business with. Todd Burke was the sales person that we had the opportunity to work with. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and answered most of our questions before we even asked them. There was only one key so Todd ordered a spare key & we had the spare key within a day of picking up the car. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Todd and this dealership to friends.

Paul was knowledgable, and low pressure, providing the information I needed to make a decision. I rattled between lease and financing options and he patiently worked with me over several days as I came to a final decision. We also bough a 2006 corvette at Lannan, and bring our GM cars here for service.

Todd was a very friendly and honest sales guy. This was my third Chevrolet new vehicle purchase in the past 2 years and definitely my favorite thus far (past sales at Deluca Chevrolet in Haverhill and Central Chevrolet in Springfield). I also have been using Lannan as mu preferred dealership for service on my current 2 vehicles. I came in looking to trade in my 2010 equinox for a newer model. They gave me what I felt was a very fair price for my trade - exceeding my expectations and also worked with me to get my new vehicle for a price I was looking for. I love my new car and will continue to use Lannan for all my service needs.

Eddie Shine was the most friendly and helpfull salesman I found in the past 30 years of purchasing veichles.There was no sales pressure just prompt and accurate feedback. Every aspect of the sale was on a timely manner. He went thru the veichle features and explain it all in great detail Great experience on the Silverado purchase. took new car in for 7500 mile routine service.did the work and when i left half way home the service engine light went on. now i will have to bring the car back again to get this taken care of.

I was in the market for a new vehicle so I thought that I...

I was in the market for a new vehicle so I thought that I would stop in and check out some new cars. And I was approached in a friendly manner and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the service and I stumbled upon a vehicle that I liked which is my new Camaro. I love the color and it runs great. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommened Lannan to everyone.

Everything went very smoothly for me. It was a recall...

Everything went very smoothly for me. It was a recall issue. I was greeted like a human being, instead of a number! Had a good cup of coffee, sat down on a comfortable chair with others in the waiting area. Absolutely no complaints about anything. If I had anything to say about that day, I would have said it was very cold outside, but I LOVE the cold anyways. Thank You for a pleasant experience. Timothy M Doherty.....
