I was very pleased with my new brake job it was explained to me and the work was done quickly. I would reccommend the dealershp to others.

Reapir was for an Oldsmobile. Repair was done on time at the quoted price. Used the Van driver service to/from home as repair was over night. Difficult repair as three long brake lines were rusted out and they needed to be custom made/formed on site. Thanks to Phil who did the work and Joe the Service consultant.

Be aware Lannan Chevrolet (Woburn, MA.) has the best Chevrolet Service setup in my opinion. I no longer do business with independent Garages, I have learned you want it done right and no gasmes ...go with Dealer Service. Lannan' hourly rate is worth every penny. Requested service is done right with no follow up necessary. I am %100 satisfied with Lannan Chevrolet (Woburn, MA..) Bob Fahey, Service Manager, is on top of everything ...makes sure the Customer is taken care of %100. Bob is super friendly and professional. Who ever the Tech was ...knows his stuff as well. Lannan Chevrolet provides shuttle service ...that is like Gold, to be brought home and picked up reminds me of the old days. GM Corporate needs to know having Bob Fahey representing GM really makes a big difference. Actually eveyone I run into at Lannan Chevrolet, Woburn, MA., are all outstanding friendly Professionals. What a team Lannan has!!! My 2000 Silverado with 86Kmi, it was time to do it up ...we brought it back to %100, $5K plus some owrk performed. I am satisfied big time! :-)

I came in for a fuel injection service. I do not know the name of the lady who took care of me. She was polite, friendly and very professional. Needless to say I was very pleased. I have been a customer with Lannon Chevrolet for many years and several cars.

It is obvious that Lannan simply does not pay attention to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. When I called at midday they could give me no answer except that the vehicle had not gone in for service. Isn't it just common sense and good business practice to go to your co-workers and ask what are you doing and estimate how long will it take so that paying customers can plan their lives; rather than being treated like your asking a stupid question. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lannan and I can assure you they will be my last.

Service Manager handled my requests professionally with pleasant attitude, no pressure no Horse Hockey. Details discussed. Service performed. Estimated labor cost did not change ...some independent garages change final cost which pisses me off. All requested tasks completed with no follow-up necessary. Excellent service work on 2000 Silverado ...back to %100 operating condition. Rate per hour might be expensive, but you get what you pay for ...it was well worth every penny. Customers receive Quality Service at Lannan Chevrolet. I took notice to the way other Cutomers were treated, everyone appeared satisfied. I highly recommend Lannan Chevrolet, they don't play games as some independent auto repair facilities do. Bob Fahey, Lannan Chevrolet Service Manager, is an asset to Lannan. Hopefully Lannan Chevrolet Management takes notice to Bob Fahey's excellent work/Customer Service. Maybe they'll give hmi a big fat Bonus on the dreaded day he retires. Very easy buying experience. They provided me with a solid price, beating other dealers I had been too and stuck with it. No haggle, no pressure. Paul was very easy going and very helpful answering all my questions. When I picked up the new truck he went above and beyond by going over everything in detail on how the different electronics etc worked in the vehicle before I left. I definitely felt valued through the whole process and would recommend using this dealer and hope to buy from them again in the future.

I brought my car in for lube, oil & filter change. The dealer also did a tire rotation,checked and top off fluids, set tire pressures, and performed mutil-point vehicle inspection. Everything was completed in 44 minutes.

As always, the service department is on time, attentive to the service problem, explains in a timely manner what needs to be done to the car and how much time it will take, estimates the cost of the repair and all in a friendly manner. I cannot say enough about the service at Lannan Chevrolet. I have never had a bad experience and I have been going to them for at least 10 years.
