I can't say enough about dealing with Bob Fahey. He takes the time to listen to you while explaining your vehicle issues and then tells you the outcome. I have dealt with Bob for about 10 years noww and wouldn't think about going to another dealership.

I was looking for a used certified car in the internet...

I was looking for a used certified car in the internet (autotrader) under 15K. I notice A 2007 Buick Lacross it look in excellent condition so I went to Lannan Chevrolet to look at the car. I talk to Mike Lannan and ED Shine about my trade and the 2007 Buick Lacross that I saw in their web sight. They told me that this car is GM certified and has been inspected by certified and trained mechanic. I also talk to Peter Fisher who was in the business office and go me finance with no problems. I bought the car the next day and the car was brand new condition. I also met Bob Fahey who is the service director of the dealership and told if any problems with car to see him in person. So that what I call Old fashion and personal service. Lannan Chevrolet will be my dealership for parts, sales, and service from present and future. Again thank you very much !!!!!! from a Buick owner....

Frank Grant did a marvelous job getting me in for...

Frank Grant did a marvelous job getting me in for service, getting my vehicle looked at and worked on and calling when it was ready to pick up. The necessary work was performed and the fleet papers were returned to the glove box without a request from me. Overall, this was a painlss experience for me and they offered to shuttle me where I needed to go. I will use them for as long as I own my vehicle.

My sales began with a phone call from Zach from when I did an inquiry. Zach was very friendly over the phone and was even nicer in person. I visited a few other dealers in the area and am so happy I choose Lannon in Woburn. Thank You Zach and Peter for getting me into the car I wanted!!

We have known Mike for many years and have had a great experience with anyone we deal with @ Lannan. Today Paul Feeley handled our picking up a new Cruze and every detail was taken care of. Very appreciative of his efforts and the reason we continue to work with Mike Lannan.

Paul was very knowledgable and patient. As a rule I don't like dealing with salespeople, but this was a very good experience. He didn't pressure me at all. So when I'm ready for my next car Lannon will be the first place I go.
