I brought my car in for lube, oil & filter change....

I brought my car in for lube, oil & filter change. The dealer also did a tire rotation,checked and top off fluids, set tire pressures, and performed mutil-point vehicle inspection. Everything was completed in 44 minutes.

As always, the service department is on time, attentive...

As always, the service department is on time, attentive to the service problem, explains in a timely manner what needs to be done to the car and how much time it will take, estimates the cost of the repair and all in a friendly manner. I cannot say enough about the service at Lannan Chevrolet. I have never had a bad experience and I have been going to them for at least 10 years.

After waiting two hours I was then told that the parts my car needed were not in stock and I would need to come back. This is after having the car for two weeks.

I have given this rating to the dealership because they were friendly. The salesman was not pushy. The Sales Manager worked with my husband and I to get us the best financing available. I enjoyed my experience at this dealership and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you.

We had purchased both cars from Lannan. Our Impala is now 11 years old. Every experience with Lannan as been positive. We bought our 6 year old Equinox there and will be buying a new car there within the next 6 months or so.

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from this dealer and could not be happier with my purchase and service. I had the pleasure of working with Zach Green, and I can not say enough good things about him. Zach was very helpful and patient through all of my (many) questions and concerns. He took his time explaining everything about the vehicles I was looking at and was very knowledgeable and informative. I knew I wouldnt be buying during my first visit because I wanted to shop around, and I let him know this within the first few minutes of meeting. Throughout my whole experience, Zach was never pushy and never made me feel pressured into buying. Within a few days I was back at Lannan Chevrolet to get more serious about buying after some "not so good" experiences. After a lot of searching, Zach was able to find the exact car that I was looking for (I was being VERY picky so, thank you again Zach for bearing with me and being SO patient!). I ended up purchasing during my second visit and felt like I was making the decision to purchase, not the dealer. Never did I once feel uncomforable here; every one was very friendly! Thank you Lannan Chevrolet and Zach for also helping to keep my purchase within my price range!

I can't say enough about dealing with Bob Fahey. He takes the time to listen to you while explaining your vehicle issues and then tells you the outcome. I have dealt with Bob for about 10 years noww and wouldn't think about going to another dealership.
