I scheduled my 7500 service 3 weeks in advance.
I scheduled my 7500 service 3 weeks in advance. It took 2 hours+. No recall or warranty work on Saturday, so someone was supposed to call. Nobody did call. I called Tuesday. I was told I would have to leave it. Can we not schedule an actual appointment at 4:45? Then was transferred to "warranty manager". Left a message. No response.
