Professional clean respectful. Customer care at its best. Will recommend them to friends and family. Tried another dealer in the area no comparison. Anderson cadillac is were I will purchase my next cadillac 10 star treatment

I brought my car in on Feb.

I brought my car in on Feb.21 to have my car serviced. I didn’t get my car back until March 4 when I decided to come get it. I don’t know what they did to it or why it took so long. I called Easton and Ashley several times, and they wouldn’t return my calls. Finally Ashley called, and I still didn’t understand the problem with my car. I don’t plan to come back or recommend anyone to come to this business ever!

Truck was brought in at 8am for 10am appointment and

Truck was brought in at 8am for 10am appointment and picked up @ 4pm without work completed. No one called to let us know system was down and that they was unable to complete the recall work. We called several times before we finally got through to find out the recall work had not been completed.
