My Equinox was taken on time, and I was provided with a shuttle ride home while it was being serviced. The service writer, Adam, was very professional, although I do miss my previous service writer, Easton Howard, who I'd been working with for 5 years. Overall, a good experience.

I had originally reached out to the dealership about a service issue I had on October 29. I had requested to speak with the service manager but was told they weren’t available so I left a message for them to call me back. After not hearing back I called again to speak to the service manager and was again told they weren’t available so I left another message to have them call me back. Over a week went by and I never received a call back. At that point I went to their website and requested to be contacted and was contacted shortly after by someone from their sales department even though in my request I mentioned I had a service issue. It has been over another week and I still have not heard from their service department. After leaving a review about the poor service I had received. Someone from Fred Anderson Chevrolet responded to my review asking me to reach out to the Service Manager Zack Moran who was the employee who had not returned any of my calls previously so why would he start now. In my opinion neither Fred Anderson Chevrolet or Zack Moran care about customers or customer experience. It your vehicle requires service I would recommend taking it any where but Fred Anderson Chevrolet.

My husband and I are new to the area, and we were looking to trade in our Jeep, which had a high monthly payment from a previous loan. After searching online, we received a follow-up call from Jonathan at Fred Anderson Chevrolet. Jonathan was respectful and patient, and we set up an appointment to discuss trade-in options. At the dealership, we explained our financial situation and interest in a larger SUV, even if it meant a bit more cost. Jonathan worked diligently to find options within our budget, initially offering a no-money-down trade. He showed us two vehicles, including a larger SUV with features we liked, and we felt positive about moving forward. However, after Jonathan went to finalize the details, a manager came in, and the entire tone shifted. Upon introducing himself, the manager made unnecessary comments about race, pointing to his own skin color and saying he was “here to help people like us” because “we’re the same.” This was not what we came in for; we were there as customers looking for a fair deal, not seeking favors or preferential treatment based on race. We felt that this comment was unprofessional and, frankly, offensive.To make matters worse, the conversation shifted from a no-money-down deal to now needing a substantial down payment, even though we had previously discussed our finances and agreed upon the terms with Jonathan. When Jonathan returned, he apologized, explaining the manager’s sudden requirement for $5,000 down. If we had that amount on hand, we wouldn’t have needed this arrangement in the first place. My husband and I were both upset and disappointed by the manager’s comments and how the situation was handled. The experience brought back memories of a similar incident over 25 years ago, where a Chevrolet dealership treated me unfairly due to my race. At the time, a white friend and I applied for cars, and despite her significant debt, she was approved while I was denied. Unfortunately, this encounter reminded me of that experience and was equally hurtful.Jonathan, however, remained professional and respectful throughout the process. Despite everything, we appreciated his honesty, and we would recommend him to anyone. I hope this review brings attention to this matter. Material things aren’t everything, but respect and fair treatment are essential. Thank you, Jonathan, for your help.

This dealership has assisted us with our 11th new truck
This dealership has assisted us with our 11th new truck purchase. We especially appreciate John "the truck guy" who is the most knowledgeable person on trucks you'll find. Of course the time it takes to negotiate a deal was extremely quick. They're aggressive upfront pricing attracted us in, coupled with a honest and fair trade in value clinched the transaction. I own a 2014 Honda Pilot.
I own a 2014 Honda Pilot. I’ve always taken it to Dock Brooks for service since I’ve owned it and they do an exceptional job with customer service and service on the vehicle, also provide a completely wash. I also own a 2016 Silverado and have taken it to Bradshaw/Fred Anderson for service since I’ve owned it. It seems that Dick Brooks is cheaper on a service plus they offer a completely wash. I’m going to look into Dick Brooks for my next service. Thanks
