The communication (via text, email, phone calls) was excellent prior to our arrival at the dealership to look at the vehicle. The vehicle arrived about a week sooner than I was originally told. My husband was out of town when it arrived. They held the vehicle a few days until my husband and I could go and view/test drive the vehicle.

The dealership and staff was very helpful. The issue I have is with GMC. They are difficult to contact and when you do they just point their finger back at the dealership and the issue I have is not being resolved.
