By the Bradshaw employees I dealt with they stayed in contact with me on a daily basis while my truck was being serviced. They had all repaits made quickly and professioally at a reasonable cost.

They were very quick to find the problem and very efficient in resolving the problem. I like the fact they help you secure transportation if needed.

Always accommodating with last minute calls I schedule service or ask questions about issues I am having with my vehicle. I would recommend this dealer.

I brought car in for recall work and i wa told it would only be half a day. I brought it in early because i had plans with the vehicle that afternoon. I was called at 5:40pm and informed my vehicle was ready but the service dept closes at 6pm. I am 30 mins away from dealership. I had to change plans since i wouldn't get vehicle back until the following day.

My car had 25,000 miles on it so I thought it was time for an oil change also. when I spoke with my trusted Mr. Bush he reminded me I had been in within the last 6 months and had not driven enough miles to warrant an oil change yet so they just checked the passenger airbag light that was a concern for me. After checking the system out thoroughly I felt much better about the safety and function of the system. Some other individuals may have taken advantage of a female customer. I appreciate Mr. Bush's time and honesty each occasion when I come in and he takes extra time to help me understand the workings and proper care of my vehicle. It is nice to have one special person I can trust with my car.
