I came to your dealership as a result of another dealership failing to properly diagnose my car after they had it 3 different times each over night stays. From the minute I met Howard I knew I was in the right hands. He was thorough, walked me through my warranty, previous work completed, work needed, and recommendations. Pro-active communication, not once did I need to follow up with him. I knew exactly what was going on with my car every step of the way and their were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. By the Bradshaw employees I dealt with they stayed in contact with me on a daily basis while my truck was being serviced. They had all repaits made quickly and professioally at a reasonable cost.

Always accommodating with last minute calls I schedule service or ask questions about issues I am having with my vehicle. I would recommend this dealer.

They were very quick to find the problem and very efficient in resolving the problem. I like the fact they help you secure transportation if needed.
