Tire Rotation

Had appointment to have my tires rotated. Upon arriving at the dealership I was notified that my vehicle had a recall notice for a computer update and if I had the time they would be more than happy to go ahead and do it. Service Writer explained everything very well. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I am very satisfied.

Uncompleted

I have to question if work was done or complete. The engine light is out but the change oil soon light came one going into Alabama. I paid $50.38 to have the oil changed. I have to wait till I get home to check the oil and see if it is clean and if so finish the job I paid for. But it was a shock when the warning came on.

Oil change

Very nice and help me with my baby girl gave her paper and crayons to keep her quite and also tune the tv to keep her occupied.

TOOK WAY TO LONG FOR SERVICE

I TOOK SOME OF THE THINGS THEY WERE SELLING AND I GAVE THEM 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE. WHEN I RETURNED I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GETTING THE ALIGNMENT STILL. IT TOOK 2 AND 1/2 HOURS OF WAITING BEFORE MY TRUCK WAS READY.

Cleaning chipmunks from under my battery!

The mechanic was checking my battery and found two dead chipmunks under the battery. I do appreciate them cleaning this up for me, Hope mechanic made it ok!

Very nice salesman he answered all my questions

Dylan Carnes was very nice and he was very helpful and answered all my questions so I could understand them. He also went over all the different functions I didn’t know
