I have to question if work was done or complete. The engine light is out but the change oil soon light came one going into Alabama. I paid $50.38 to have the oil changed. I have to wait till I get home to check the oil and see if it is clean and if so finish the job I paid for. But it was a shock when the warning came on.

Oil change
Very nice and help me with my baby girl gave her paper and crayons to keep her quite and also tune the tv to keep her occupied.

TOOK WAY TO LONG FOR SERVICE
I TOOK SOME OF THE THINGS THEY WERE SELLING AND I GAVE THEM 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE. WHEN I RETURNED I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GETTING THE ALIGNMENT STILL. IT TOOK 2 AND 1/2 HOURS OF WAITING BEFORE MY TRUCK WAS READY.

Cleaning chipmunks from under my battery!
The mechanic was checking my battery and found two dead chipmunks under the battery. I do appreciate them cleaning this up for me, Hope mechanic made it ok!

Always a positive experience
I have bought and serviced several vehicles at Bradshaw. Never have I had a bad experience; always a positive outcome. The service personnel, whose names I know not, have always performed up to and beyond expectations. Usually, I am able to interact with one service writer (may have a different title), Zach Moran; 5 stars. I trust him without hesitation. He always takes care of whatever situation I present. I cannot say enough about him (and it is always positive.

Terry Kitchens has been my service advisor for about four years. He is consistent and sound in his advice. The service is always consistent and they usually have it ready when they say.
