2015 GMC Acadia service on 10/16/19
Terry kitchen was very helpful, accommodating as well as professional. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am 10/16/19. I dropped my car off the night before and by 9:00am Terry called me to tell me that my car service was complete and ready to pickup. Very good service experience and again back in August for another service issue with service cons

Sales and service are both exceptional

2020 GMC
We were in the market for a new 2019 GMC or Silverado, but walked out with an awesome deal on a 2020 GMC Sierra! We are so pleased with the salesmen that helped us as well as the finance team. Mike Harley came in on his day off to help my husband find the truck he truly wanted. Frenchie (sp) also helped a great deal as well as Rich. Ernest Jones wrapped it all up in a nice, neat package and we are in love with our new truck! Thanks Bradshaw!

Outstanding Service
I've been working with Zach Moran for a few years now and I can't say enough about how easy it is to schedule appointments and have my truck serviced in a timely manner. He is always spot on with his recommendations and if there are any issues works to help find and solve them best he can. My truck has long been out of warranty, but the ease of service, honesty and welcoming nature have kept me coming back to Bradshaw.

Outstanding customer Service
I did not purchase my 2015 Encore at Bradshaw but I brought it there for service. It was my good fortune that my service rep was Howard Bush. I cannot say enough to praise his impeccable service. He is VERY HONEST, has SUPERIOR customer service skills, and made me feel he was looking out for me in every way. He arranged that I ride with the head of service to locate the exact issue with my vehicle. I believe his name was Terry. He too was outstanding to work with. He located the issue as soon as he heard it and promptly fixed it. I was given a superior loaner vehicle because the car was under warrantee . I could not have received better service!

Best vehicle purchase experience
My overall experience with Cary was outstanding. I had my eye on a specific truck and Cary and the team worked out a great deal and without any pressure. They did not try to up-sell me or down-sell me to something i wouldn't be interested in like at other dealerships. I also did not have to wait long on pricing either which made the process even easier. It has been the best vehicle purchase experience to date for many other reasons as well.

Not your normal dealership
Eric made sure my spark got treated as good as the Cadillac that was beside me. Easy in and out. Eric is why I come to Bradshaw. This was my 3rd visit.
