I was passing through Greer SC, I was having issues with
I was passing through Greer SC, I was having issues with my GMC 2500, Fred Anderson was the nearest dealership. They charged $370 to run a diagnostic, and $300 for a Def software update. After consulting with my regular dealership I use. They told me I had been screwed, that price was ridiculous. I suggest anyone to avoid FRED ANDERSON GMC.

Mr. Fred Anderson, I have contacted 3 of the nearest competitors You are not competitively priced. There is 1 dealership near you that was $300 for a diagnostic check. Everyone else is quiet a bit cheaper. I have contacted General motors, it appears there is a service bulletin for the issue i had. I typically dont feel violated when i visit a GM garage, you are 1 of the exceptions. My regular GM garage believes i was over charged. Hopefully it is resolved and i get treated fairly. Trying to figure it out.

2 weeks to get parts for vehicle repair and this lead to
2 weeks to get parts for vehicle repair and this lead to 3 weeks and 2 days without vehicle. Astronomical pricing lead to nearly $5000 bill for a simple oil pump and O2 sensor replacements.

I was lied to about my truck, it sat for 2 and a half
I was lied to about my truck, it sat for 2 and a half months without getting fixed. They blamed it on the UAW strike. The parts they say was missing, I found them myself from another dealer. I purchased the parts and they still wouldn't give me a exact date, of when my truck will be fixed. They were overcharging me for parts that was paid for thru my warranty company. Waste of time and money without my truck getting FIXED

Our goal is five star service with every customer and we tried to provide that. I am sorry we could not meet your needs on the truck or the repairs in the time you would like, but I hope you and your extended warranty company can find another place to get the truck performing as it should.
