Excellent personal and professional, timely service. My service technician worked diligently on an issue on my Saturn Sky, found the problem and kept me up to date on the repair needs.

Very dissatisfied with the gentleman who talked to my

Very dissatisfied with the gentleman who talked to my husband when he came to pick moms car up. From what my husband Said he was very rude and didn't want to let Him have moms car. Wanted to know who was gonna pay the tow bill. Insurance had already settled and we knew we weren't responsible. They finally let him have it. We've never had to deal with anything like this and well we Just we were disappointed and I'll leave it at That.

Mr, Shipman is a great sales person!

Mr, Shipman is a great sales person! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Bradshaw and I requested Wofford Shipman this time too! The guy that ckecked us out before we left was very nice and hospitable. I Don’t remember his name.

Little dissappointed.

Little dissappointed. Even with an appointment, did not seem to receive adequate attention to find and solve problem - had car a full week. Corvette interiors are fragile and require TLC. Threshold and door handle were scuffed.

Had several warning messages which made diagnosis a bit

Had several warning messages which made diagnosis a bit difficult. They stayed with it and solved the problem. They worked directly with Zurich, who covered repairs minus my $200 deductible. Terry Kitchens did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process.
