They returned my truck and acknowledged that it had a problem but said they didn't know what it was and could not fix it. I am at a loss for words. So who should I take it to? Chevy don't know how to repair their product..? Why would I buy another Chevrolet.??

GOOD MORNING MR. AUGHTRY. I APOLOGIZE WE COULD NOT HELP WITH THE 3500. WE WOULD LOVE TO HELP TAKE CARE OF THE CONCERNS YOU ARE HAVING WITH THE TRUCK, BUT WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IF WE DID NOT PROCEED WITH ANY DIAGNOSES ON THE TRUCK, THAT IS WHY THERE WERE NO CHARGES. WITH THE TRUCK BEING A 1996 IT CAN BE A CHALLENGE TO EVEN FIND PARTS SOMETIMES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING 864-879-7111 EXT 1301 ZACK MORAN
