I bought a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia here, and shortly after, I faced serious issues – the car wouldn’t start, the brakes failed while driving, and there were suspension problems. It seems the vehicle was sold with defects that were not disclosed to me. Not only did I have to visit the service center multiple times, losing time and money, but the dealership also tried to blame me for the brake failure. On top of that, we went through xxxx and back with the finance manager, who was unbelievably rude before finally agreeing to take the car back. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that they did return the car, and the general manager was actually nice. But overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this dealership.

AMELIA IS AN ANGEL! I was desperate for a car after mine had been totaled :( And she came through!!!!! We clicked instantly and made me feel right at home with twins auto. She even offered to uber me or pick me up so I can come get the car, this is amazing customer service! This was honestly the easiest and smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had most dealers feel shady and that was not the case here. Her and Chris had made sure to communicate every step, and make sure I understood everything along the way. Please continue to keep personable and friendly people like them around.

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Twins Auto of Dublin. I am from out of state and the process was easy. The sales rep I worked with was Yasin. A+++ buying experience. Hollywood, promptly contacted me after I sent a message online about a vehicle I was interested in. He was professional, informative, and friendly! I came in with my own loan and he did not ask, nor pressure me to use their lenders, which I greatly appreciated!! Most salesman will try to push that on you. I've had other dealerships run hard credit checks without my permission....one ran 4. I was grateful when he assured me my SS would not be used to run a credit check before I even had to address my concerns. Thank you Hollywood for making the buying experience an enjoyable one. I love my new ride! The only thing I would suggest is that Management assures the cars have fuel in them. I was very disappointed that the fuel light was on and I had to worry about that instead of being excited to drive my new car of the lot. I'm still giving 5 stars because I could not get there until 30 minutes before they closed and everyone stayed past closing to insure i was able to purchase my car. So this could have been a result of the after hours purchase??

The Caravan I purchased is my second car. I've owned it 2 years. Check engine light came on, on my drive home. I've put 5000 miles on it, I've had to replace the coils, fuel pump, gas tank pressure sensor ( the reason for the check engine light). Back up camera fail in the 11th month. $3,000 in repairs. Has electrical problems that have drained the battery, I've had to tow twice.
