If you enjoy working with morons, this is your dealer! I called on a car they had in inventory to check that it was still available. Was told that it was and was available to view and test drive. Drove across Columbus to find out they had given it out as a loaner. The next day called to make sure it was back, but did not have time to get there. Asked that it be held to the following day. Told them I would put a deposit down if that was what was needed. They said they would take care of it and it would be there for me. Showed up the next day to find out they had sold it out from under me. Unless you enjoy being screwed with, I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

After spending a couple of hours on the lot, having my car appraised (they never told me what the appraisal was) and filling out an application, 24 hours with no follow-up on my application, appraisal and what I'd qualify for. Had to call twice. Apparently don't need my business. Simple return call with good or bad news is always better than no communication at all (and the right thing to do)

Amazing process. I contacted the dealership and within the same day was set to come in for a test drive. I ended up buying and in love with the car. Thank u TWINSS

They are liars. Thieves. They just rob you with a fake appearance and they never take responsibility for the OVERPRICED AND DAMAGED cars they sell. And they don't fix the problems instead they just hang up on you. No ethical values whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
