My wife and I were looking for a 2013 Avalanche. We had gone to Jim Ellis Chevy and did they drop the ball. Avalanche wouldn't Start among other things. Never saw a Manager! I called Auto Gallery to see if we could look at the 2011 Avalanche. When we arrived the Avalanche was ready with the doors open. I found my Murano on line and had a lot of questions. I called Auto Gallery Cumming, left a massage of interest, a call was returned to me within five minutes. Alex Mora was my salesmen, he was extremely professional and helpful in our dealings. All my questions were answered on the spot or with in an hour with a call back. I live in Virginia and the vehicle was in Georgia. I asked Alex for photos of the undercarriage, he racked the Murano took multiple pictures of the undercarriage, interior upholstery, under the hood and exterior that I requested. I bought the vehicle over the phone which I've never done before I was very nervous, but based on Alex's description and photos I was satisfied it was one of looking for. I booked a flight the next day to take a look at the vehicle (by the way auto gallery reimburse me for my flight down.) Alex pick me up at the airport which is 45 minutes away. The car was in extremely good condition even better than I had imagined. Alex had all the paperwork ready, I was in and out in no time driving back.
