Great inventory. Fair prices. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I had to return to the dealership a week later and they were having a customer appreciation event w/ a focus on the kiddos. Overall I had a really good experience.

The environment was welcoming and engaging and made me feel secure, when buying a car from them. First time car buyer, and they definitely didn't start me off on the wrong foot.

David (DJ), Olivia, Chris, and everyone else there were very helpful with a difficult situation I was in. After just having my car totaled I stopped by just to shop. I drive by there everyday and see their 100% Credit approval sign. I didn't think I could afford much. They helped me to find out that I could be in a much nicer car than I thought I drove away in a great little car. Everyone I know was saying WOW!

This was my first time coming to auto gallery. I came in to look at an Armada that I saw online. Service was very good. My sales person Alex was very helpful, and quick once it came time for me to close the deal. My new Armada was just like it said it would be online. My whole experience was great.

If you like poor service, over paying for sub standard vehicles, and dealing with con artists DO NOT GO SEE these guys because they are none of the above their service was top notch from start to finish. When I first inquired about the 2013 F-150 i ended up buying TRAVIS the sells manager who was EXCELLENT called me on the phone within 10mins answered all my questions and had given me the best price on the truck i had been looking for from Texas to Florida and had me approved for it within 20mins. Then the sales person ARLET was just SPECTACULAR she had all my paperwork done and ready. I'm a truck driver that lives in south Alabama she made sure that they didn't sell the truck before I made it up there which took 3 weeks and she came and picked me up from the bus station. So my only regret is that I didn't start with them first and that would have saved me 3 months of wasted time dealing with car collectors who pretends to be car lots these guys are in the business of selling cars you don't have to pay extra for top notch service with them it comes standard. So the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle or anyone I know I'm sending them their way its more than worth the drive and that's one regret you won't have.

I came in to look at a 2016 Honda Accord I had fallen in love with that was on their website. After seeing all the great features that it included, I knew I had to take it home! Both Laura & Olivia went out of their way & gave me a deal that I could not turn down. I appreciated the extended warranty I was offered. Thank you both so much for helping me purchase my dream car.

After going to the Nissan, BMW, and Carmax dealership I decided to try Auto Gallery. It showed up on dealerships near me and decided to look at their website for their inventory. First thing I noticed was the amazing price and great millage. Their website is very easy to use and has pictures of all of their cars. I saw a car that caught my attention and decided to go to the dealership. I got out my car and in less than 3 minutes my sales representative, Hope, came and attended me. Let me just say that this dealership is not BIG dealership like Nissan,BMW, or Carmax. However, it had the best customer service from all of them. This was a major factor in deciding to purchase my car. Hope was very friendly and answered all my questions. Even the representatives that were not working with me were also helping me. Travis was my finance representative and he was amazing. I was speaking with a the finance representative for BMW and seriously all he did was talk income. All he wanted was money this money that. Don't get me wrong of course I expected that but the difference was in costumer service. Travis was able to talk about money and not make it feel like its just money. He was very easy to talk to and offered the best choice for me. If you want to feel like you are just a money sign so the dealership then I recommend you going to any major dealership and get ripped off. Auto gallery will work with you and will treat you with 100% costumer service and make you feel like a friend instead of just another sale.

Me and my wife were shopping and decided to drop in just to look at trucks. Hope came and ask if she could answer any questions.i ask if she had a nice truck in my price range, she continued to show us a certain truck. Then Travis came in and ask what payment range we would like to be in. After talking with them he came with a payment that was lower than I had ask for. Thanks for a good visit and we will be returning in the future.
