Easy to work with, and willing to work with me on a price.
As soon as I walked in Alex greeted me and took me to see the truck. He stayed with me and my mechanic while we looked over it. He happily answered any questions and concerns that we had. He was a pleasure to work with. Travis helped us with our paperwork and helped us to settle on a price. Travis really worked with me to come to a price and conditions that we both felt were fair. Travis was honest and straightforward with me, which is hard to come by these days. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend the Cumming auto gallery location to others.

Top knotch
I had the best experience here. I was looking for a truck and gone in for a test drive. I not only fell in love with my new truck, but the staff as well. They were so sweet and helpful but not pushy. The entire staff was very nice. I have to say Laura, Monica and Olivia were the young ladies that helped me. From the time I started the process to the finish was wonderful. Best customer service ever.
Alex was awesome. Went to see an F150 the day after Christmas. Left to the Auto Gallery to see two other cars. Called Alex and told him I was on my way back to purchase. When I arrived truck was clean and waiting. Alex is as responsive before and after purchase. Awesome experience.

Bad experience
I contacted Auto Gallery Cumming after finding a truck listed online. I explained that I was approximately 5 hours away and would therefore need to schedule a trip later in the week to test drive the vehicle. I was informed that I would need to place a $2000.00 deposit via credit card. I forwarded my credit card info and my account was credited. 4 days later I rented a car and began the trip to test drive the truck. 3 hours into the trip I received a text from my salesman Santos indicating the truck had been sold the previous day. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the General Manager, who informed my that deposits were only valid for 2 days, and the truck was sold to a cash buyer. I questioned why a call or text to me wasn't made to inform me of the sale so that I wouldn't make an unnecessary trip. She apologized but said there was nothing that could or would be done. I asked that along with the return of deposit, I also receive reimbursement for the rental car and fuel. She stated that she would check with the finance department for approval. Apparently the request was denied because I never heard back from anyone at Auto Gallery. A word to the wise, deposits mean nothing to these folks, and their communication skills leave much to be desired. I did receive my deposit back 4 days after my call, but nothing to reimburse my trip.

We would like to to start by saying thank you for you feedback we appreciate your comments it gives us the opportunity to in prove our services. Like we stated on the the phone Santos our rep fail to explain or procedure to you and for that we are sorry , we hold vehicles if there is a deposit and depending on the amount the time that we can hold the vehicle and in the event there is a costumer that comes with cash money we will give the costumer a call and inform him of the situation to see if the costumer would like to do and we are always looking to improve our service but unfortunately the representative you were working with he did not follow the procedure there was no deposit form with your information and the down payment for us to know or to follow up with you .Regarding with the situation went you contacted us regarding we explain you the problem and we gave you the options of refunding your money or switching you on a different vehicle you understood and agreed to come after that you changed your mind and decited to inform us that you were going to stop at another dealership to test drive other vehicles we try to contact you afterwards to give you a solution regarding the situation but we were unable to contact you . We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience if there is any thing we could do for please give me a call 678-656-9404
