Monica Romero far exceeded my expectations. I looked at vehicles online and was from out of state. I emailed several places requesting more info and was ready to give up as noone contacted me back to answer my questions when Monica responded to me. She not only responded but stayed in touch until I found the right vehicle. Moreover when I arranged to have a mechanic to check over vehicle (since I was out of town), she expedited that process by taking the vehicles I was considering to the mechanic. Also, when I was making travel arrangements she assisted by picking me up at the airport and providing transportation to the hotel and to the autogallery location! I highly recommend Monica. Everything she did was explempary of awesome customer service! She made buying a vehicle out of state and smooth easy process. She clearly is committed to help the consumer! I became aware of the Auto Gallery Cumming location via an on-line search of used pick-up trucks to replace my worn-out 2004 Dodge Dakota. I was intrigued by the wide selection of trucks in their inventory and scheduled an appointment to visit the day after Thanksgiving. Working with sales reps, Travis & Alex, I found a newer year Dakota that seemed to be a perfect fit. After completing the test drive and reviewing the "Auto-Check" report they provided, I opted to explore a few other used trucks for sale in the local area later that day. Long story short, I was back the very next morning and purchased the truck. Service Manager, Gus, did an excellent job to made sure the truck was washed and cleaned and ready for me to drive away later that same day. The sales team, along with GM Laura Quezada, were very professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Overall, a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend this dealership to any of my friends or neighbors looking to purchase a used vehicle. Tim S..

This was, by far, the least painful car buying experience I have had. Unlike other car dealerships, there was no pressure throughout the process and the entire staff made me feel right at home from the moment Rob greeted me at the door. Laid back and easy going yet very professional in every aspect, this made for an impressive rapport. Travis, Thanks for the car and the no hassle deal. The Escalade was awesome to drive and has so many feature I will never learn them all. i have one word for anyone looking for a great deal, at reasonable prices and with great customer service- AutoGallery! i started out looking at a used Edge, but they had such a great price on a nearly new (less than 5000 miles!!) 2015 Jeep Patriot, i ended up getting a newer car at a much better value than i expected. i have intermediate credit, so i was concerned about financing, but the banks they deal with worked a great deal for an affordable interest rate that afforded me to create a monthly payment that is well within in my comfort zone as well. i spoke to Holt initially, who scheduled a consult and was friendly and helpful on the phone, but i actually dealt with Alex as my sales associate, who was simply amazing. he was knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative and didn't try to demean or undervalue me as a woman making this purchase on my own. i would definitely recommend them to anyone i know.
