Recall visit and oil change
Brought my car in for an air bag recall and they suggested an oil change too. The place I have been bringing it to recently will change my oil, washes and vacuums my car along with the 27 point inspection all for 24.99 and they will rotate my tires for an additional $10 and their synthetic oil change is only $49.99. The synthetic oil change I got yesterday cost me $91.00 and they don’t do anything extra! No car wash, no vacuum, no nothing! Total rip off!

Although we regularly mystery shop all of our competitors (Toyota dealers and independent alike) to ensure our pricing is in line with theirs despite using better quality parts, I would like to find out who is servicing a 7 qt 4Runner oil change with synthetic for $49.99 including a wash and vacuum so we can re-examine. Great Service and accommodating
My 2017 Toyota Tacoma had a rubbing noise in the back when braking. After a test drive with the technician the noise was fortunately able to be duplicated. After the truck was up in the air it appeared one of the protective shields near the gas tank had bent and it was hitting the drive shaft. Fortunately, it was nothing serious and possibly caused by something that came up from the road hitting it. I am very thankful to the Technicians and Staff at Hyannis TOYOTA getting me back on the road quickly. Thank You.

Peaceful!
Responsive staff, accommodating waiting area with comfortable recliner chairs, beverages and snacks and tables, shuttle service , excellent technician service, good coupon specials , pet friendly. I drive 25 miles out of my way to come to Hyannis toyota due to their wonderful service!

Great service. Same day appointment!
My car suddenly went bad, and would not start, I had to jump start it. Hyannis Toyota set me right up with a technician. They went through the electrical system and fixed the problem. Plus my five year old battery still had a pro-rated warranty, so I got a discount on the new one. Great job, keep up the good work!
