This is the third Lexus which I have bought from Lexus of Massapequa. They are an outstanding dealership and provide top notched service in virtually every aspect. The salesmen I have always dealt with is Stewart; he is one of the most knowledgable persons you can meet concerning all models of Lexus autos, more importantly, he always takes his time to ensure everything is just right and that you are totally familiar with your car before you leave the dealership. Larry, in Finance, explains all of the alternatives and makes sure you understand your options and get what is best for you. The Service Department has always been top notch and extremely reasonable and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and have even brought my son to them where he bought his first Lexus.

In my opinion, I was treated fairly and the priced agreed to was equatible to me as the customer and to the dealership. I do not like the process of buying a new car but felt no pressure at all from this dealership. I more than likely will be a repeat customer with Lexus Of Massapequa. Frank L Pepe

I was greeted promptly and by a friendly face. Since I had been to other dealers for this model, I knew about the car and the price range. I was given a fair price with no haggling. The deal with extras was easy to conclude. There was no sales pressure. When I went to pick-up the car, it was ready on time, fully prepared, and Mike spent as much time as I needed to learn how to operate all the "bells and whistles". Again, the entire dealership made you feel welcome.

As a couple “in distress” over unacceptable vehicular reliability involving our BMW’s, we came to Lexus of Massapequa to continue our research regarding our next vehicle. Certainly, there was a band of angels on our side leading us straight to Matthew Bullen --- truly one of the most outstanding leasing consultants we have ever encountered. From his warm and informal greeting to his in-vehicle tour of the various technological aspects of our new GS350, his demeanor was that of a concerned and competent professional. His every action was indicative of a high level of professionalism, competence, genuine concern, and, most refreshingly, patience. After having done the initial research and paperwork for the ES350, he was completely and congenially unphased by our “Could you do us a favor and work up a deal on the GS350?” His focused and succinctly presented overview of the process used to terminate the BMW550xi lease and to assume a new lease was a “deal maker” inasmuch as it mitigated our anxiety about possible confrontations and procedural delays. His description of the process was indicative of vast experience, purposefulness, and concern for our well being. As he explained the Concierge service, he evidenced a truly personal connection to us as clients after the contract was signed. “I” will be your connection with service, with loaner delivery, and with assuring your complete satisfaction. How refreshing it was to feel his true connection not only with your agency but, as importantly, with us now and in the future. Additionally, Matthew’s offer to come to the dealership even on his day off to program an additional cell phone was spontaneously and generously offered. Certainly, this offer is indicative of a person with a strong work ethic, a generous spirit, and a strong association with his profession and its inherent responsibilities. Obviously, to rate this dealership less than a "5" in every category would be a disservice to them as outstanding professionals and caring people. Dr. & Mrs. Peter K. Lynch

This is my fourth Lexus acquired from Stewart Schnissel. Stu has always been very accommodating. This was especially true when we had a slight accident with one of the older cars. He went out of his way to assist us to locate a collision shop and had the car delivered there. He called often to see how the repairs were proceeding. He also called periodically to see how we were enjoying the cars. I highly recommend Stu to anyone looking to acquire a Lexus.

From entering the front door, we were treated very well by everyone that was in the showroom. Our salesperson was great and treated us very well. There was no push by him or anyone else to purchase the car. Our salesperson took his time and I did not feel that I was being pushed into any type of a deal. He also explained the features of the car and invited us back if we needed any help on any of the technology or anything else on the car. We found the experience of buying a car very pleasant and low pressured. I would highly recommend our salesperson and this dealership to anyone. Overall a positive experience.
