Dear Lexus of Massapequa, I just purchased a 2013 LX from the dealership through Stewart Schnissel. I had previously been to three other dealerships and actually had a demonstration of the LX from Stewart last March. I was so impressed with his kind and professional manner, that even though for personal reasons I had to wait almost a full year, I came back to him and the dealership because of his fine attitude and easy manner. Stewart was always a gentleman and demonstrated patients and a great knowledge of the product. I have dealt with other sales staff at the other Long Island Lexus dealerships and found them all wanting for a variety of reasons. The purchase of a vehicle as expensive as a Lexus is not an easy one but Stewart helps the buyer through the process and all details are covered carefully and with sensitivity. Stewart Schnissel is an asset to your organization and if he is an indication of how the whole dealership is, I will likely purchase another LX in the not to distant future as the Toyota Land Cruiser I am presently driving has 130000 miles on it. I have loved the Toyota Company products as I have purchased five new ones over the years. I suspect that there will likely be a new Lexus in my future with sales people like Stewart in your employ.
