Re: Bert and Larry I believe that a commendation should be earned, valued and appreciated. Coming from a customer service background, I find it difficult to recommend and endorse quality service unless it is outstanding. Unfortunately these instances are sometime far and in between the mediocre run of the mill services that are rendered. However I am happy to take time to write my testimony about Bert Hall and Larry Smath from Lexus of Massapequa. They have provided a level of service that should not go with out mention. I belong to a family of Lexus own/leased vehicles for the past 9 years and have yet to be disappointed. Both Bert and Larry have made all of our purchases seamless. Larry (financial advisor) is like that neighbor next door that is always looking out for your best interest. He gives you all of your options and lets you know the best options that will fit your criteria. He does not push or budge but his warm demeanor and cheerful spirit just draws you in. When you leave his office you feel like you made the right decision. Bert, “ My Bert” is just awesome. I walked in like I do every time my lease is near term and check out the new inventory that Lexus has to offer. Bert is a very patient and honest person. He cares about his clientele and provides exceptional service. I called him, changed my mind on several different items and he still delivered the best deal and product that Lexus has to offer. Bert took the extra steps necessary to make me happy. Not only was my car above and beyond my expectation the service was too. So a Huge Thank you to both of you for your time, effort and outstanding customer service. This has been our third lexus and have been extremely happy with each and everyone. Fred sold us our 1st lexus and we have returned to him for each car thereafter, He has been extremely helpful in our selection while all along working with us and seeing that all our needs were met. Once decided he introduced us to Blaise, the financial advisor. He worked with us along with his knowledge of the different rates and warranties' got a deal we were all very happy with. .They both made us feel very comfortable like part of the family,offering us freshly backed cookies, coffee and anything else they can do for us; It was a big decision and their kind, friendly and polite disposition made the road much easier!!!

My experience with Matt Bullen and Massapequa Lexus in...

My experience with Matt Bullen and Massapequa Lexus in general was excellent. Matt was super knowledgable about the brand all the way down to the specifics of the 2014 Lexus RX 350 that I purchased. He worked hard to make the car I was interested in financially manageable for me to ldrive away with. The customer service was superb. I would go back to Massapequa Lexus, I would ABSOLUTELY work with Matt Bullen on my future purchases, and I would recommend the dealer as well as the salesman to anyone I knew ready to purchase or lease a vehicle.

I went car shopping for a Lexus at three different...

I went car shopping for a Lexus at three different dealership to buy a new car, and was not given the time of day. I visited the Lexus of Massapequa I was warmly greeted by Stewart Schnissel, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Stewart was very informative and he was answering very question for me patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Stewart delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead. Of all my thirty years buying various cars, Stewart Schnissel is rated a A+ Regards, Mark Della Ratta

The salesman was very knowledgable as well as...

The salesman was very knowledgable as well as accommodating. I was very impressed when he spent 45 minutes demonstrating every feature the car has available. After I chose my car, I decided to change the color the next day. They were extremely helpful and invested a lot of time to locate the exact car I wanted. In fact, other salesmen volunteered to help search the database for the car I was asking for. Also, the manager chatted with my family and made me feel I was more than just another customer. Highly recommend!

I visited many different dealerships looking for the right car for me. I had already test-driven several different brands and Lexus was my last stop. We were sincerely welcomed by Mr. Stewart Schnissel and immediately felt comfortable with him. Mr. S.Schnissel took the time to explain everything and answer our many questions until we felt we are making the right choice. He was very, very patient and attentive but not pushy. The sales team we worked with was professional....

The sales team we worked with was professional. knowledgeable and personable. This resulted in us purchasing two cars, one for our adult daughter and one for my wife and I. They handled all paperwork promptly, had both cars serviced and ready for pick-up in a matter of days. This level of service was expected, since we are repeat customers. We have already recommended Massapequa Lexus to several business associates, friends and family. They are outstanding representatives of Lexus.
