We had originally visited Lexus of Massapequa about a month before we actully purchased the RX350. We had not selected a particular car that we wanted to purchase and were just browsing at that point. We met with Mr. Lenny Jones and were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the RX350. He maintained a consistent and open line of communication for over 4 weeks, even though he knew were considering other vehicles His patience and jovial attitude were an added bonus when dealing with Mr. Jones. I would reccommened this dealership, and especially Mr. Jones to anyone who is looking to purchase a Lexus.

My experience with Matt Bullen and Massapequa Lexus was excellent. I was very satisfied with each step of the purchasing process. I was very happy to be able to work with a dealer locally in my hometown. I feel Massapequa Lexus is a dealership that will serve me well throughout my lease. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and went beyond my expectations to help me get the deal completed. I thank you Matt. I love my new Hybrid SUV !! Thank you again!

I recently had my first child and I needed a safe vehicle for my family. A friend of mine told me about the RX350 so I went over to Lexus Massapequa to look at the car in person. Up until this point I have never purchased a new car so I anticipated that the process wouldnt be a walk in the park. I was introduced to Matt Bullen who was my sales person. Matt was very professional and friendly and his knowledge on the vehicle and all of its features was exceptional. The sales manager John was able to get me the best deal possible. It was a pleasant experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Matt Bullen made our experience with Lexus easy and enjoyable. He intended to all of our needs including post follow-ups promptly and with integrity. When we were car shopping, we went to see numerous different dealers including different Lexus dealerships - and Matt was the reason we committed to Lexus of Massapequa.

Sales rep Matt is a curtious and friendly person. Instead of back and forth negotiation, he showed me the printouts for leasing different models. Salman is very professionalI and understood my needs and quickly gave numbers with different options (no downpayment). I have returned my previous lease vehile and finalized the deal within an hour.

Went to lease a new 2014 IS. Larry and Lenny were gentlemen and great to be around. They are friendly, personable and will work with you to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Lexus of massapequa to anyone.

This was my 4th time here and it will not be my last. A perfect experience from walking in to driving off the lot. The entire dealership just made the process very easy to complete. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a car.

Michael was a friendly and knowledgable saleman, with no high pressure pitch. Farhad went out of his way to pick me up in Long Beach to make the deal work, and spent a good amount of time going over the car's features with me.

My husband and I were in the market to lease a new car. ...

My husband and I were in the market to lease a new car. We visited several well known dealerships in our area. After our visits to these dealerships, we felt over whelmed and frustrated. We researched further online and after some time we realized we wanted a luxury car. Our first stop was at the Lexus dealership in Massapequa and we were hooked. From the moment we enter the Lexus dealership we knew that this would be a totally different experience. The receptionist was extremely polite and immediately called our salesperson Lenny Jones over to greet us. Lenny Jones was very patient and listen to what we were looking for in a car. My husband and I decided to go with the 2013 Lexus RX350. Lenny's professionalism and his knowledge of the product were excellent and he was very thorough in terms of explaining the leasing process as well as various options. I would highly recommend Lexus of Massapequa and especially Lenny Jones as a salesperson.

As we arrived at Lexus of Massapequa, we were introduced...

As we arrived at Lexus of Massapequa, we were introduced to Matt Bullen who became our salesperson. We were immediately impressed by his friendliness and were confident in his knowledge of the Lexus ES 350. He took us for a test drive and explained all the new features of the car. Matt was not only helpful, but very patient. He was certainly well versed on every aspect of the packages that were available and helped us decide on the ones we wanted. It was a pleasure working with him. When it came time to figure out the pricing, Salman Umar was very helpful and went out of his way to listen to our concerns. Then he and Matt worked out a lease agreement with which we would be happy. In addition, Larry Smath was able to work out the financial approval right away. It was terrific working with him as well. We were delighted that we could drive home in our new Lexus ES 350 that same day. Before we left, Matt Bullen sat in the car with us explaining how to use all the new technological items in the car. He truly went out of his way to make certain that we would know how to use everything before letting us leave. Lexus of Massapequa made leasing a new car a very pleasant experience. Fern Chosed
