Michael was a friendly and knowledgable saleman, with no high pressure pitch. Farhad went out of his way to pick me up in Long Beach to make the deal work, and spent a good amount of time going over the car's features with me.

Went to lease a new 2014 IS. Larry and Lenny were gentlemen and great to be around. They are friendly, personable and will work with you to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Lexus of massapequa to anyone.

Was turning in leased car. Steven Jackman was courteous and friendly. Even though I was only returning the car, he was respectful to me. He asked if I was interested in another Lexus. I was not, but he said he would be available in the future to help me if I so desire Extremely nice person. If I am ever decide to lease another Lexus, I will contact him.

Chris was extremely knowledgable and very helpful in my selection of my new Lexus. He helped select the right car for me , worked with me so that I was comfortable with what I was paying, and also helped me set up some of the newer features in my new Lexus. He also offered me ongoing help, should I need it. It was a good experience, and I just recommended it to a friend of mine.

Matt was extremely friendly and helpful during the test drive and sales process. Chris did an excellent job showing me the features on the car at delivery. Blaise accommodated my schedule by working with me over the phone so that I could take delivery when I wanted to.

I have purchased a 2013 Lexus 350 from the dealership and had previously purchased my 2010, and Camry's before that. Salmon Umar is an Excellent Sales Manager and sold me my 2010 before becoming Sales Manager, Always a kind and very professional man. As is Blaise Curci, who welcomed my Wife and I as did Salmon, as though we were family, and they remembered me from my 2010 purchase. It was my first time dealing with Stephen Puleo, and from the very first encounter, both my wife and I felt very confident we were in the right hands I have recommended several people to Lexus of Massapequa and whoever decided to purchase, always felt that they received excellent treatment and a fair purchase. The persons I mentioned above, are The reason I always return to this dealership.. And now that I've purchased a vehicle directly from Stephen Puleo he is added to the reasons for continuing my relationship with them..
