We made our first Lexus GS 350 purchase in June. Our first impression was a lasting impression so much that 2 months later we made a second purchase of a GX 460. This dealership is by far the BEST!!! Our salesman Matt Bullen was honest answered any questions and listened to what we wanted. He explained in detail every option of both vehicles and made our purchases smooth and quick with not one bump in the road. Matt Bullen went above what I would expect from a salesman. Most dealers after you drive off the lot you never hear from them again. Matt called personally after each purchase to follow up and see if we were enjoying our new car and asked if we had questions of any and if we did he was there to answer them. I've used this dealership twice before, I contacted them on their website and spoke to a friendly and professional Carol Romano whom I made an appointment with. When entering the dealership I was greeted by her and she introduced me to Lenny Jones. Lenny was very easy to talk to and very professional we got along great. All my questions were answered and with the help of the General manager Anthony Ciuffo I was able to make a deal.I was also greeted by Blaise Curci who was also fun to deal with and very professional. This visit was the best out of all the others I made in the previous years they all made the buying experience smooth and easy. Picking up the car the experience was the same.
