We were visiting different car dealers to decide what car we would want to lease. Tabetha was our sales person and gave us a test drive. She explained all the safety features and all the reasons why we would want to get a Lexus. She was knowledgable and very helpful.

Customer service was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Alexis was amazing in helping us buy our daughter's first car and we are so grateful she was there. The whole dealership treats you like one of their own family members. Excellent.

After my unexpected test drive on a Friday afternoon, I requested a ultra white with red interior. However, there was no white RC-F cars on the lot. But, I gotta say Carlos Vargas made it happen in less than 4 hours. He had found my ultra white RC-F with black interior. Carlos convinced me to go with the black interior, which still looks great! Carlos made my purchase go smooth, and did not pressure me into buying the car. The car spoke for itself, "BUY ME". Carlos just made it happen. Thanks!

Hands down one of the best buying experiences I have ever been through Lexus of Massapequa has got it together Tommy the sales manager in casey in sales and even including the finance manager these guys were unbelievable they made the deal happen and made sure that we were a priority first and not just a sale what a great job they did I would recommend this dealership over any dealership in New York any day of the week as far as my experience goes I would say this was a five star experience all the way they really cared a lot about us and that's what initially made the sale not this the price of the vehicle thank you to the whole Lexus of Massapequa team for a really great job and a great experience the Rivera family will be back for sure
