Aggrevating

Hi arrived at Atlantic Lexus for my 5k service expecting the same level of service that I had previously received at Smithtown. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I arrived at 9:30 and was told my car would be done in about an hour. At 10:36 I received a text message thanking me for dropping my car off and letting me know that I would receive a text message letting me know the status. Thanks, I guess? This should have been a message letting me know that my car was done. At 11:05, I inquired about my car. NO ONE came to update me or check on me to let me know that it would be a little longer than expected. Good thing I decided to ask only to find out my car was in line for a car wash. I had already been there 45 minutes longer than promised so I wanted to leave. My car now smells like burning plastic and there is a grinding sound when I reverse out of parking spots. I understand that it was a busy day, but you should take a lesson in customer service. from Smithtown. Additionally, i NEVER signed anything. I was NEVER told what was being done on my car. They just gave me my car back and sent me on my not so merry way.

Purchase New RX350

Joe was very helpful and patient. I would recommend this salesman to my friends and family. He helped us to get the car in the same day while we wait

Regular maintenance

Great service, clean and comfortable waiting area. They even feed you while you wait (for free!). Staff is professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealer.

Ease of Service

Just bought my third Lexus RX 350 from Atlantic Lexus of 110

Neil's outstanding professionalism made our new vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. Vehicle was ready for us at the time promised and for my added enjoyment Neil programed some radio stations for me to enjoy. Location of this dealership is very convenient, clean and all employees are courteous and friendly. It also needs to be said that their Service Department is excellent.

Love my new Lexus!

All dealers are expensive but Tim Keehner of Atlantic LEXUS.

I liked Tim’s service professionalism. He helped to reduce maintenance cost with discounts I was not aware of - bravo. LEXUS makes great cars that last and complements this with good service albeit expensive as are all dealers but good value is always worth the cost of investment. Steve Campbell

Love my new Lexus!

My husband and I went to the Atlantic Lexus Dealership and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to test drive a few different Lexus models with our salesperson, Fred. Fred was very patient and answered all my questions. I would recommend this dealership and I would use them again.

Excellent

Immaculate showroom and cars! Low pressure... Friendly atmosphere and happy employees.... Truly a nice place to buy a car... Didn’t really know what to expect our first Lexus, and we are more then thrilled... They even delivered the car to our home when we couldn’t make it to the dealership they brought the dealership to us... truly a nice experience! Thank You.
