Great service!

Illyana did a great job. Took care of everything including getting me a loaner and having my vehicle detailed before it was returned to me. Top notch!

We went to Suburban this AM for service on our vehicle...

We went to Suburban this AM for service on our vehicle and had to bring our two young children. Brent went way above and beyond to expedite our service and was provided excellent customer service. In addition to being professional and courteous, he made sure we were comfortable and knew what was happening every step of the way. People like Brent are the reason we continue to return to Suburban to buy our cars and get them serviced. Excellent job, Brent!

Wonderful Experience

The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I would like to recognize the sales consultant Elizabeth Duperon for her exceptional service. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and did everything in her power to make sure that I left the dealership that day, driving the perfect vehicle for me. I recently left a competitors luxury brand, and based on my experience at the dealership, I will never be the Cadillac brand, and will be coming back to Suburban Cadillac for the remainder of my driving years.

Body Shop

Over all the experience was great with the exception of having to make a second trip back to the dealership to get the diamond fusion applied to the new windshield. The body shop does great work.

Service was quick , flawless, with no appointment.

I came in from out of town and noticed my brakes had an issue on Thanksgiving day on my Yukon. I called at 8:00 on Friday morning after Thanksgiving and was able to have my problem diagnosed, fixed and done by 1:00PM. A worry that was removeed. Professionalism and convenience was superb. I was very impressed on coming in without an appointment and was able to get the vehicle fixed quickly. Where I live this would not have happened. Thanks!!

Had tire pressure issue; Suburban service checked the tire, soaking it to determine no leak, finally decided it was valve problem, fixed at no charge...and washed my Equinox to boot!

Nice dealer

i didnt buy it because i find a chinese car dealer which i can commuicate with him much more easy than with american dealer. but i think they are good service with patient or something

Having dealt with a number of area Cadillac dealers, I...

Having dealt with a number of area Cadillac dealers, I have found Suburban unique in its respect for and capabilities in supporting me as an owner of a 1993 Cadillac Allanté. Their service writers took care to put technicians on my car who had actually worked on this model when new. They were measured in their recommendations for issues to be addressed, neither trying to "sell" me something nor dodge anything on account of vehicle age. I have dealt with Suburban since first buying a Chevy from them in the 1980s. My primary driver, an Avalanche, came through Suburban, as did my wife's 2013 SUV. So, although this was the first time in for my Cadillac Allanté, the experience I've described here was no surprise.

I've never bought a new car before and obtained...

I've never bought a new car before and obtained financing. I was a little intimidated at what I expected of the process. Jacys product knowledge was excellent and got me in the door. Working together with her and Anne, I was really happy with how smoothly things went, and left with my new car the same day!
