Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor

I never thought I would write a review after purchasing a vehicle, but, after purchasing my new (used) truck, with the help of Anne Martin, I felt compelled to let others know what a pleasant and satisfying experience I had. She helped me find the perfect vehicle in my price range and threw in a couple of jokes to boot. I drove away feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Thanks Anne!

I recently bought a used Cadillac, and in all of my years buying cars, I have never been as satisfied as I was at Suburban Cadillac with Anne. She was attentive, understood what we needed (and wanted!), always responded to our emails / phone calls within minutes (which has been a huge pet peeve of mine at other dealerships), and gave us an awesome price that was well below what I was expecting to pay for such a nice car. I will definitely be returning to buy future cars from Anne!

Stopped by to check out a few used cars. Dan Schulte had just finished up with another customer and wen't right into helping me out with a few cars I had wanted to look at as well as giving me some recommendations on other cars to consider. Also followed up with me on other cars from other Suburban lots that fit what I was interested in.

Preface: I had been looking at Cadillac CTS wagons for a month or so and was quite interested in finding a certified pre owned 2010-2012 model to buy for myself. I had not yet test driven one of the CTS sedans, so I decided to make a trip over to Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac to test drive one (as they had a few of them as used models in stock). Bill Cooper was the first to help me, and was very friendly. When we spoke during the test drive, he really changed my visit to the dealership, it became much more than just a test drive. I said I was more interested in the wagon version of the CTS, and he told me that if that's what I wanted, he would find it. Previous dealerships had not provided me with this direct of service... they had simply told me that they would call me if they had any come into their dealership. Bill Cooper went above and beyond. He got onto the internet and searched through some sources that the dealership had available and found me multiple vehicles that matched what I was looking for. He then allowed me to bid on a 2010 Cadillac CTS wagon through the dealership on a live auto auction, which Suburban would then certify after they had received it before I would buy it. The process went very smoothly(aside for price haggling, which is no fault of Suburban, they were as helpful as possible). Suburban then further extended their services by providing me a better-than-normal price on some of their protection services for vehicles that they sell (including the interior/exterior appearance packages, glass protection and wheel/tire protection). The process couldn't have been smoother. Communication was good. They helped me with price as much as they could (even decided to double their offer on my old trade-in), and show promise for great service in the future. Suburban went above and beyond the modern call of duty as an auto dealer. I would definitely recommend them again, and I would especially recommend Bill Cooper to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle. If you know what you want, he will do all that he can to find it for you.

The service visit was excellent and Dave Yanko made this possible. I stopped by the dealership to make an appointment due to an engine light which appeared on my instrument panel. I did not expect immediate service for my SAAB. I did mention that we would be traveling in the next few days so I inquired about which day I could receive service before the trip. Dave called a mechanic to immediately check the problem. The part was available and the repair was made within the hour. This was more than I expected for my unannounced visit. Since I drive 20 miles to this dealership, having the problem remedied without another trip was greatly appreciated. The excellent personnel and service are the reasons we continually return to this dealership. (Note: I selected Subaru in the pulldown menu for vehicle brand serviced because SAAB wasn't an available choice and I couldn't submit the review without a selection.)

I went in to suburban chevrolet after being screwed over by 2 prior dealerships, Gene Buttman Ford and Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I went in spotted a Buick Rendezvous fell in love with it and wanted it. Talked to Curtis Berjeski and he made it happen. The dealership is clean and has a wonderful selection and walked out with my 06 Rendezvous and have already reffered a friend there on the way home!

Dan listened very carefully to what I needed in a car and was extremely knowledgeable about his products and was able to hone in on what car would meet my needs. He is going to help me find the car that I want to lease.

This is the absolute best dealership I've ever gone to! The person I was working with was exceptionally friendly and helped me with any and all questions/ problems I had even after I had purchased the car! Completely unequaled customer care! Would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone.

Dan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked his attitude because he was helpful but not pushy. He was more interested in determining my needs than pushing me to buy. I will definitely buy my next car from him.
