I have less than stellar credit, and was having a difficult time coming up with the downpayment, and they worked with me and went out of there way to help me. The personal relationship with Mark and Lindsey was excellent. The personal attention was amazing. The interactions that I observed with other customers was equal to my experience. This can be very telling especially with phone interactions.They were always very personable and caring. In general I felt I was being cared for along with the future of my car.

He went the extra mile to help me get a good deal within the payment range I was hoping for.
