We purchased our new car yesterday with the fantastic help from Mark Brown and Linsy Unrath. They made our experience a great one and we will definitely recommend Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. Great Experience!

I had a wonderful experience buying my vehicle from Suburban Chevrolet/Cadillac of Ann Arbor. Mark Young made my experience very easy, and though we did have a great vehicle snatched away from under our noses (sold by another agent while we were discussing it) he was able to find a comparable vehicle at a better price in short order. Suburban got us a great loan rate, too - one way under our expectation. As much as I hate buying cars, Suburban made the process incredibly easy, open, and accommodating. Definitely will consider buying from them in the future.

I first spoke with Genell on the phone to set up test drives of a few lease options. She was very easy to talk to and receptive, and she made a great initial impression of the quality dealership. Upon arriving, I was set up with Mark Young, who definitely did everything he could to get us in a great car. Even after a very nice one we were considering was bought right in front of us, he made quick work of finding another excellent car for us to consider, and it was the one we eventually purchased. Both Mark and Genell and everyone at Suburban Ann Arbor made us feel welcome and valued as customers, and I definitely will consider buying my next vehicle from them in the future.

Suburban Chevrolet of Ann Arbor, MI

Suburban Chevrolet bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our car buying experience. It was a Saturday, they close at 5 pm, we drove away in our new Equinox at 7:30 pm. I already told a lot of people at work about our experience with Suburban and Anne. By the way, I work for GM in Toledo, Ohio.

I found Dan Schulte to be both competent and genuinely concerned about me. He took time to ask useful questions and listen to me enough to make reasonable suggestions about what cars might fit my need. Curtis was great to work with. He was very kind and patient. He listened to what I was looking for and needed. He made sure the vehicle I picked stayed within the price range. Since my Mom, who lives in Louisiana, is purchasing the vehicle he spoke to her several times throughout the day. When all was said and done I had a 2001 Ford Escape. Ms. Kunz was a wonderful sales person to deal with along with Steve in finance. Everything was handled promptly and correctly. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and the new Volt is just full of surprises. Thank You

In the past I have found new car shopping to be less than a positive experience. After purchasing my new Equinox from Katie Kunz; I can honestly say; the experience was great. Katie was very professional, friendly and put me at ease right away. She asked all of the right questions in helping me to determine the car that would be the best fit for me. Katie took her time and was very patient during the process. She by far exceeded my expectations! I would certainly return to her, when I shop for my next car.

Came into look at an Equinox and went home with one the next day! Thanks Katie Kunz! Katie was able to answer all our questions and helped to quickly expedite the process. We had our 3 year old son with us which can make for a challenge but the entire dealership was very family friendly.
