Recommend!

Just leased a 2017 Journey from Suburban. Had a great experience with my sales rep Melanie, and I felt like they worked out a good deal with me that fit my budget. I just wish they would have been more attentive to pointing out the "lease end fee" that will be imposed when I turn in my car. I have never been charged this before, so when I later read over my paperwork I was surprised to see this.

The waiting room was extremely crowded. Not enough seating to accommodate the customers. Overflow spilled into the showroom. Refreshments were almost non-existant.

Great, professionally, experienced staff

We went into dodge to fix my old car. I then met Doug. Doug is one of the best people I have met. He helped me value my options in buying a new car. He cares about the customer, he knows the market well, and he gave me options to choose from. I ended up buying a car and sending my brother with me to get a car as well. Both processes were easy, and we signed on the same day.

First time buyer

I went to this dealership by recommendation of my friends father. I was nervous and skeptical because I was so young and a first time buyer, but then entire team worked with me and I walked away with a brand new 2017 Jeep with no money down and a very low car note. I was extremely grateful and I couldn't have chosen a better place to purchase a car!

Jeep Diesel Service

Service Department at this dealership is excellent. They take good care of my Grand Cherokee diesel. Express Lane service is not as fast as a quick change franchise, but I have assurance that service is done properly.
