Horrible service!

I tried to purchase a vehicle from Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor. I had scheduled an appointment on Saturday to test drive the vehicle on Monday. I was told the vehicle was at their Troy store but it would be at the Ann Arbor store on Monday. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the vehicle was still at their Troy store 45 minutes away. I was told they could go and get it, but I would have to wait over 2 hours for them to get it. I had already driven 2 1/2 hours and was not going to wait another 2 hours. Very disappointed in the Suburban Chrysler dealership. I guess they are so busy they didn't need my business.

Rick Wresche is a wonderful salesman. He has helped us lease several Jeeps over the past few years. He is very professional and always has the customers best interest as his priority. In addition to his job, he is deeply involved in the Ann Arbor community.

Great customer service

Dennis and Paul at the Ann Arbor suburban jeep Dodge Ram branch were wonderful professional and expeditious they treated me like family and followed up promptly. I love my jeep and feel so safe and comfortable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys! You made a difficult time easier to get through!

Happy 1st time Jeep owner!

My husband and I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of at a dealership like we did Saturday and Monday (January 2016). Paul was so wonderful and the whole staff was great. This is my first Jeep and after this I most likely will be a Jeep enthusiast from here on out. We bought the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I can not thank everyone enough. It was truly a great experience! I would highly recommend Paul Hyde as your next sales specialist.

The price was fair. They work very fast to process the sale and delivered the car to my home. Could not have been smoother.

Service Department

This is my second time being serviced since I purchased my car last December. The service was excellent!! They truly under promised and over delivered. They were very professional and courteous. I was told 2 hours and was done within an hour. On my second visit, I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, who was very friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit.

Good people, good experience.

If you want to deal with a salesman that treats people with respect, goes the extra mile for you regardless of budget, then I'd highly recommend dealing with Rocky Rochkind. Came here to find a specific difficult to find vehicle on a limited budget. Most dealers would quickly dismiss someone in my situation, but here I was treated with respect from the very start. Rocky put in sincere effort to find what I was actually looking for, very much appreciated that.

Not good customer service!

When I got to the dealership, which was in Ann Arbor, the salesperson was not there and she told me she would be. So I had to wait for a salesperson to help me on top of that, the truck that I was coming to look at was NOT there, they let a customer take it home! I was NOT happy to drive all the way out there from Detroit and not be serviced. Not good customer service!
