My husband and I worked with Stephen March on leasing our new Honda CRV. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Stephen was patient with us as we looked at and test drove several vehicles including a few certified pre-owned models. He is one in a million, and for every one like him, there are a million rude/indifferent/nasty salespeople, and I have had the pleasure of meeting them all. I recently bought a new 2012 Honda Accord. The entire process at Planet Honda was simple and straight forward. Stephen Maines and Mark Hernandez were extremely helpful in getting me into a new car on that same day. They provided me with a great set of options and helped guide me throughout my visit. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products and made the car buying experience as easy as possible. I would definitely go back for my next car.

Planet Honda is by far the worst dealership I ever dealt with. First they will quote you online a price too good to be true, and a lot less than most other Honda dealerships. Then when you come in you are surprised to fine out that all of their cars come with a 'appearance package" $995.00 for door edges and pinstripes. Come on, these items cost less than 100 bucks if you really wanted them you can install yourself. No, they force you to take the package because its on all of their cars. This is a bunch of B.S. and I never heard of this at any other Honda dealership. Then they add on a Nitrogen fee of $60, then their Window Etching package of $399. It doesn't stop there, a protection car package if you lose your keys for $300. Only a careless person loses the keys. Most of us would not add these extras they offer but Planet forces you to take them. They said it can not be taken off and they only sell you the cars with these items on it. What a rip off at this stealership and that's being nice. Needless to say I bought my new Honda at another reputable dealership that only charged me for the price of the car, taxes, doc fee, and registration which was much cheaper than their low price car they had initially offered. Please do yourself a favor folks, and avoid this place like the cold. If you don't believe me please go see yourself.

I must say that i have the best experience ever buying a car from planet Honda. Spencer was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all, the negotiation was very pleasant and I was able to get a good deal. I highly recommend Spencer, he does know how to work around your budget. We went to Planet Honda after a bad experience at another Honda dealer. We were very pleased with our experience at Planet Honda and purchased a new 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite. Spencer, Mark and the rest of the staff gave us everything they promised and more importantly a pleasant experience overall. We would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a Honda.
