I took my vehicle in for the $67,ooo miles services everything was done accordingly, the price given over the phone was the same when I when to pick up the car. I had a ride home with a very nice gentleman. Everything worked out well.

I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Planet for...

I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Planet for about 6 years now and have travelled outside of my own state to go there. In this time I've always experienced great interactions with the sales staff and service technicians . However, this time when I went to discuss my possible options for a lease trade in I was greeted by Mr. Stephen March. Mr. March is a patient and non-intrusive salesperson. He asked questions and listened without pushing his own ideas onto me and made the entire trade-in experience flawless. His kind and gently approach was informative and made my family comfortable enough to make the transaction that day. In addition to Mr. March, we had all of our financial needs taken care of by Mr. Alix SaintiI. Mr. Saintil was a very personable finance rep. He made signing over my money a smooth and fun experience. He is most defiantly the fastest yet efficient financial person I've ever met! Without a shadow of a doubt I would recommend this dealership and (especially Stephen March) to help you with your next car purchase. I will be back!!

I had bought a car in August and have been procrastinating putting a review up, but i have to say i LOVE my car and so happy with it! (2012 Honda Civic Sedan)Stephen Mains was my sales person and he was a great guy. Had a great experience buying the car as well as talking to him. My favorite sales person in a while.

My husband & I had a fastastic experience at Planet Honda. Henry Li was our sales representive and he was genuinely concerned with us having the possible experience. We never felt the pressured and were very confident that Henry was going to do his very best for us. We are very excited about our new Honda & look forward to doing business here in the future.

For my 17th birthday, my parents just bought me my first car. After going to about 7 different dealerships, car shopping was getting old! Every time we'd go to look, we came out exhausted and ready to leave. As soon as we arrived to Planet Honda, everything seemed a lot better. Nelson was AN AMAZING salesperson. He was very friendly and was able to get us a very good deal on my 2010 Honda Civic. It seems like a blessing that we were there at the right time and to meet the right person. Everything about Planet Honda and Nelson was great, I'd give my experience an A+.

I would recommend this dealership because the staff was...

I would recommend this dealership because the staff was very helpful. I also walked in already knowing what I wanted and after Luis C. welcomed me to Planet Honda and offered his assists, I explained to him what I was looking for and he took me to right to my options. I also informed him that I saw the car that i did purchase on the internet and I wanted to see it in-person and he went right to the car. This shows me that he was very familier with their stock which was very impressive because I went to other dealership and their staff didn't know their stock. I also had a strange request from one of his co-workers(taller then Luis) to sit in the backseat to let me see if my nephew would fit. So with that being said I will tell my friends and family members that are currently looking for cars about Planet Honda.

I had a great experience at Planet Honda. I was shopping...

I had a great experience at Planet Honda. I was shopping for the best lease value amongst the major crossover competitors (Honda CRV, Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Chevy Equinox.) After driving the CRV at another dealership and comparing the options that were standard on the CRV vs. the competition, I felt confident that I wanted the CRV the most, but the price was still a major factor. I brought in a Planet Honda lease internet ad for a crv that was much lower than the other dealers were quoting me. Ryan McKenzie walked me through the ad and all of the various taxes and fees that were not included (i.e. the fine print), then we compared the national lease deal through Honda. Through careful calculations and negotiating the value of my trade-in, we arrived at a price I felt comfortable with. Manager Mark Hernandez also showed me the breakdown of all the numbers, so I felt confident that I was getting a good deal. Ryan McKenzie was very personable and honest and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying or leasing a new Honda. Mark Hernandez was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave good advice on leasing vehicles. I signed the contract on a friday night and we picked up the car the next day (saturday). The dealership was quite busy on saturday, so it did take a bit longer to pick up the car than I had expected. But, they had coffee and cookies brought around and a St Patrick's Day contest where they were giving out money. They were also considerate about the time it took to get everything in order. Overall I recommend this dealership and will shop here again.
