We called and verified a vehicle was on the lot at 8:55 the night prior. They told us it was on the lot and available. We made an appointment for the following day. As they are 2 1/2 hours away. We called the following morning, at 9 am, while 2 hours into our drive, as they will only hold a vehicle the same day as your appointment. The vehicle is no longer available. OK. I get it, its a car dealership. 2nd issue... we get there, looking at 2 vehicles to buy. The one cars back up camera is broken, the other cars ac is not working. We are getting ready to purchase $60.000 worth of cars and we are told, that we need to buy the cars the way they are. Then make appointment's to have the vehicles repaired at a later date. Meaning that we have to buy these "certified" cars broken. Drive them home, 2 and 1/2 hours each way and then drive them back. 2 vehicles! There and back! To have issues fixed, that should have been fixed during their certification process. I was pre approved for the purchase before going to the dealership. So it wasn't like I was wasting their time. But they were sure quick to waste mine. Their prices are low...however in this instance, you get what you pay for. Beware to any serious buyers.

Roxy and Emily helped me alot when it came down to financing and helping me put pieces together by answering all of my questions. Took me time to get here and i appreciate the time it took to get me home
