I recently went to HGreg in Brandon to look at a truck i saw online, and the staff was absolutely incredible. This guy Ismael helped me with the truck and was there for me with every question and request, and he did a phenomenal job helping me (I’m gonna take him fishing 👍🏼) the manager was very personable and helpful, I noticed a major problem with the quarter panel on the truck and after showing him what i saw, he recognized it and said that he will be more than happy to have it sent in to the body shop to be properly repaired, no questions asked. I ended up purchasing the truck and the experience was so relieving and just easy, I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are more than willing to work with you on your vehicle to make the experience stress-free and easy going!! Kudos to Ismael again for the personable and excellent customer service he provided, 10/10!
