The floor manager Ali was rude, dismissive, unhelpfull and unwilling to assist customers with their problems. There is no local number and the call center is a joke. It seemed as no one knew what to do regarding customer service. Although I did not purchase a car, my daughter did and I was involved in the entire process including dropping the car off to be serviced.

Luis was our salesman, he was very helpful and polite. He was quick with the paperwork and knowledgeable with my questions. The only problem was that the sales floor was very hot. They need to check their air conditioning.
