Enjoyable experience from friendly staff!
Driving 1hr for my first car purchase, I Went into the experience knowing exactly what it would entail! Jonathan S. (And his trainee-Savior) greeted me attentively and were very pleasant and tolerable of my silly immature comments. Very personable. Jonathan M. handled the finance aspect. He knew what he was doing and my only suggestion is to maybe communicate the timeframe with each customer as there were multiple cases back to back. It was an excellent experience and basically effortless. I apologize if there was not much chance to train a new employee. I believe a raise is in order to those gentlemen. Good job:)

1st of all Ismael was awesome. But unfortunately their is a lack of communication. The finance manager is by far the worst employee at that brandon dealership. I was rushed out the office and told my deal was set I paid for a transfer fee and now refused to refund me because the deal he said was done wasn't . this is even with a trade in of 8500. Be aware of going here to purchase any vehicles at this location.. What a horrible waste of time even bothering walking through the doors.

Wonderful experience
This is a great dealership to come to shop with ease. Stilwell at the Brandon dealership was so helpful and he made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. He walked and talked me through the entire process. I will definitely be back if I ever wanted to trade my car in.
