This dealership was great to deal with but honestly the salesman josh is by far the best person I've ever bought a car from. From the moment I met him he was friendly personable and fair. This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I bought my cx5 carbon back in September sorry for the late review but I have told everyone how great Josh and this dealership is and will continue to recommend people to this place.

This was my first car purchase and the day could not have gone BETTER. We are so appreciative of the team at Wilkins Mazda in Elmhurst who made buying a car so clear and easy. The process went so smoothly and was enjoyable (which I don't think I could say I've ever experienced at a car dealership). A very special thanks to Josh Pasturczak who truly treated us like royalty. He is a top notch employee and we are so grateful to have done business with him. We also want to thank Jerry in the Finance team who made the paperwork portion of the purchase so easy. He explained everything so clearly and guided us through the process. I walked away having a perfect understanding of everything I signed and feeling heard in what my needs were in a car. This was the best Christmas gift and we definitely will be raving about this dealership and the members on this team to all of our friends and family.

The Wilkins Mazda dealership could not have made my car buying experience any better! Everyone at the dealership made my experience feel important, especially Josh. I went in on a Wednesday evening to test drive cars; Josh got me in the exact car I wanted and thoroughly explained the details of the car as I drove it around the area. He was patient and answered any questions I had over the course of a few days while I checked out a few other cars. Then I returned on a Saturday morning, hoping to get the exact car I initially fell in love with. Josh worked with me and my boyfriend to make sure that I got the best deal possible and was comfortable with everything we agreed on. He was personable and great to chat with and very straight forward about the process. I enjoyed my experience at Mazda with Josh and would highly recommend him to someone looking for their new dream car!

I had shopped at dealerships that wanted to charge ridiculous and/or unexplained markups. The Mazda dealer closest to my home didn't have a color I wanted to see, so I drove 45 minutes to Wilkins Mazda. Josh Pasturczak at Wilkins was absolutely wonderful! He was very personable and fully explained anything I wanted or needed to know about the CX-5 and purchase. The other guys in the office were also enjoyable and helpful. There was never any pressure. Josh went above and beyond to make buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience and has continued to offer help since then.

Horriblely dishonest. I text to confirm that my desired car was still there the morning of my appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that the car was not there but of course, they had others to choose from. A total waste of time.
