Service team is helpful.
Service team is helpful. What was confusing was I only needed to take my car in after 7,500 miles. The app tells something different. I bought this car in less than 45 minutes. My wife and I were in a rush to close the deal by the end of the day. The salesman was helpful but there was too much info and the details about the oil change was not clear. All I knew is that I receive 3 years of care and maintenance. I did not like hearing that I would have to pay for the next oil change since I came too early. Nick, the GM was very helpful and said he will make it right on my next service at 10k

I waited in the waiting room for my car to get an oil
I waited in the waiting room for my car to get an oil change and the time it took was shorter than the time promised.I had Chris take my info and he was very professional and answered all my questions. The waiting room is very clean and the coffee isn't bad either.
