I had a great experience working with Tony in the purchase of a CRV-EX. He was an easygoing guy and attentive. I was expecting a chess match in the negotiation process, but he was honest and came very close to my counteroffer. During purchasing he explained every item line by line and didn't try to sell me the extra features included in the itemized bill. He just explained what it was and clearly stated that it was my choice to purchase the extra products. There were no hidden fees in my bill.
