I do my homework before I shop for cars so I went in knowing the Honda Fit was what I was interested in for my DD. Greeted by Tony O and he was thorough, concise and made the process seamless. The consultant who is a typical “sales” person irritates me to no end and he was just not that but a well informed, hard working Honda representative. For me a good Fit! Within a couple of hours I had provided a deposit and made plans to finalize the paperwork over the weekend. There were no surprises or hidden fees.
